Patient Experience Liaison, Minocqua or Marshfield, Wisconsin

Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) is an integrated health system serving Wisconsin with about 10,000 employees and over 1,200 providers comprising 86 specialties, health plan, and research and education programs. MCHS primary operations include Marshfield Clinic, Marshfield Medical Centers in Marshfield, Eau Claire, Ladysmith, Rice Lake, Park Falls, and Neillsville, Marshfield Children’s Hospital, Marshfield Clinic Research Institute, Security Health Plan, and Marshfield Clinic Health System Foundation.

The Patient Experience Liaison provides a channel between the patient and the organization through which patients, staff, and providers may seek potential solutions to problems and concerns related to the care provided. The Patient Experience Liaison acts as a neutral party in sensitive care concerns and patient experiences by actively listening, instilling trust and confidence, and conveying professionalism to the patient(s), provider(s), or staff member(s) involved. Communicates and demonstrates to the patient, family, organization’s employees, and surrounding communities the concern and responsiveness of the organization in serving the unique health care needs of each individual. Provides patient experience support for the organization system-wide.

Work Shift: Mon-Fri; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, healthcare administration or related field
  • Five years of experience in nursing or related healthcare area
  • Experience with computers and demonstrated proficiency in typing 30 wpm preferred
  • Registered Nurse or Social Worker license awarded by the State of Wisconsin, if applicable
