Registered for the conference?
Look for an email from ‘wnaconferences’ with the email address and password you will need to access the conference site.  It’s possible this email could get caught in a spam filter depending on your settings.  If you don’t receive this email, please contact megan@wisconsinnurses.org for assistance.  Prior to the conference check out the conference site – look at the Poster Session and complete the self-study activities, peruse the advertiser page, and stroll through the virtual Exhibit Hall – and then be logged in and ready to go when the conference starts next week.

The advertiser page and virtual Exhibit Hall are actually open to anyone, so feel free to stop in and look around!

If you are registered and need technical assistance once the conference starts, email support@wnaconferences.org or call (608) 712-1594 (Monday, August 17 and Tuesday, August 18, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM  CDT).

VIRTUAL POSTER SESSIONaccessible from the conference Landing Page
The Wisconsin Nurses Association NP Forum is proud to display the work of 7 practicing APRNs and APRN students in the form of ‘virtual posters’ at conference. Each poster presenter will prepare a short video showcasing their projects/research along with their poster. The Virtual Poster Session will be accessible before and during conference – with participants able to claim .5 contact hours for viewing. Please plan to participate!

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
The 2020 Conference will offer participants up to 15.5 contact hours, many of which have been designated as ‘pharmacology’ content. Participants must complete the online evaluation for each session attended/completed by the due date of September 4, 2020 in order to earn the contact hours and print a Certificate of Completion. There will be a $25 charge for WNA to re-open the evaluation after the due date, and this option will only be available for 6 months after the conference.

HANDOUTS
All handouts submitted by presenters will be posted in PDF format on a password-protected webpage about 1 week prior to conference.  Your registration confirmation email will contain the password and a link to access the handouts. View/download/print the online handouts as you wish.
