|Chief Executive Officer / Lobbyist
Gina Dennik-Champion, MSN, RN, MSHA – (Email)
Serves as the chief executive officer of the Wisconsin Nurses Association. In close collaboration with the President and Board of Directors, plans, develops, directs, administers, and coordinates activities of the Association; is accountable to the membership through the Board of Directors. Gina began her service as the Association’s Executive Director in September of 1997. She joined WNA with a background in clinical geriatric nursing and healthcare administration.
Megan Leadholm – (Email)
Performs administrative services related to continuing education and assists in the development, implementation of conferences coordination, and assists in the development, implementation, and coordination of other Association activities, if appropriate. Megan administers accreditation programs for WNA. She joined the WNA in February of 1998.
|Events and Membership Coordinator
Bri Dunbar – (Email)
Develops communication plans and membership strategies for the association. Manages office operations, edits newspaper articles, exhibits at nursing events, sends out membership and state-wide communications, and manages the website. Bri joined WNA in September, 2019.
|Primary Nurse Planner
Teresa Prattke, MSN, RN, WHNP-BC – (Email)
Serves as the Primary Nurse Planner for the WNA Nursing Continuing Professional Development approved provider program and assists the WNA staff with educational activity planning and delivery. Teresa joined the WNA staff in 2010, and works part-time remotely from home with weekly hours in the office.
