Short-term and all-day public parking is provided throughout downtown Madison in various structures and lots. On-street parking is also available for short-term parking in central Madison.

Two blocks of rooms are reserved for the 2026 WASN Conference, both downtown and within easy walking distance from the Monona Terrace. Each has different amenities, policies, and charges related to parking, internet, etc., so please review this information when making your reservation. It's too much to list here!
Note: It's not uncommon for hotels to have blocks for different events which all have different rates, and it's easy to accidentally select the wrong room block. Please contact Megan if you have any issue making a reservation or you don't receive the rate noted below. Often, it's a quick and easy fix that can be made with a phone call or email.

The 2026 WASN Conference is jointly provided by the Wisconsin Nurses Association and the Wisconsin Association of School Nurses. This 3-day conference offers participants up to ___ contact hours of nursing continuing professional development credit. The Wisconsin Nurses Association is the provider of contact hours for this program.
Requirements for successful completion: Participants must complete the online conference evaluation for the overall conference and each session attended by May 17, 2026 to receive a certificate documenting the contact hours earned. The link to access the evaluation will be available at the conference.
There will be a $25 charge to have WNA re-open the evaluation after May 17.
