An Interprofessional Look at Monoclonal Antibody Infusions for COVID-19
Monday, November 23rd at 1:00 PM

Last week, the FDA gave Emergency Use Authorization to bamlanivimab, a drug used to treat mild to moderate COVID-19, and the federal government distributed 4,260 doses across the state of Wisconsin. Future allocations of the drug will be based on its availability. Bamlanivimab will be distributed as a free resource through AmerisourceBergen.

The Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW) and the Wisconsin Nurses Association (WNA) are teaming up to host a virtual webinar on November 23rd at 1:00 PM. Liz Laubach, PharmD, BCPS – Regional Director of Pharmacy, Ascension will discuss bamlanivimab’s place in therapy, administration directions, and the DHS framework for distribution.

This webinar will be recorded and posted on the PSW website for on-demand watching.  There is no need to register for the webinar – just click the link below to join on Monday.
