Conference objectives:

  1. Identify healthy behaviors to make sustainable positive lifestyle changes (healthy eating, exercise, rest and stress reduction) to decrease chronic diseases like hypertension.
  2. Utilize developed tools and methods that participants can translate into their self-care and settings that include but are not limited to home, community, or workplace.
  3. Empower participants to take advantage of opportunities for health promotion and disease prevention by translating their knowledge to their patients that small changes can lead to big results.


Regular Registration Fee – $125
WNA Members – $95
Student Nurses – $45

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT – 6.0 contact hours of Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) credit are available to participants who complete the online evaluation by April 11, 2020.
ONLINE EVALUATION – will be available at the start of conference. Deadline to complete: April 11, 2020

HANDOUTS – will be posted here about a week before conference.  Download/print files as desired – no hardcopies will be distributed at the conference.

WNA has reserved a block of rooms for guests at the Osthoff Resort for $134.00 per night.

You may call 800-876-3399 and press prompt #1, state that you are with ‘Wisconsin Nurses Association’ and front desk agents will book reservations for you.
