On June 18, 2025 the APRN Modernization Act passed the Assembly and Senate chambers with a unanimous vote!
The legislation has been through the Enrollment process and on June 23, 2025 the notice that the legislation had been “correctly enrolled” was posted.
This was the final step in the legislative journey of the bill and where the legislation was put into its final format for presentation to the Governor.
The Governor can call for the legislation at any time or what is usually the case, he can wait until the next date of August 7, 2o25 when all non-budget bills will be sent to him for his action.
