A few other important points:
- The deadline to view the purchased series and complete the online evaluation for CE credit is December 31, 2026. The evaluation can be completed right away after viewing the recording or you can complete it later (as long as it’s prior to the deadline). You will not be able to access the purchased series or their evaluations after December 31, 2026.
- A Certificate of Completion documenting the contact hours (including pharmacology/Rx hours) earned for completing a module will be emailed immediately after you “Submit Evaluation.”

Pharmacotherapeutic Agents in the Diabetes Pipeline

Burnout. Distress. Stigma. Supporting Patients as They Navigate the Heaviness of Living with Diabetes

As educators we come across patients who are experiencing diabetes distress and burnout on a daily basis. This presentation will focus on what educators can practice during visits with patients to foster a safe space for open communication, how to build relationships/connect/build trust during visits, promote skill building for patients to cope with distress/burnout as well as when to refer to trained specialists. The session will also include helping patients understand the stigma of diabetes and how this leads to burden and distress. A case study will be included.
