The Wisconsin Nurses Association continues to be part of the conversation in efforts to curb prescription drug abuse. As the state’s largest group of healthcare providers, registered nurses play a crucial role in helping to identify and address prescription drug abuse.
The Wisconsin Nurses Association is proud to work with Wisconsin Attorney General Brad Schimel, the Wisconsin Medical Society, and the Wisconsin Hospital Association in an effort to reduce and end prescription drug abuse.
Please check back often as new materials will be posted on how RNs and APRNs can best communicate with their patients about narcotics.
