Obesity continues to be studied along with identifying and addressing how to approach this disease. This presentation will:
- Summarize the science of obesity
- Describe the current landscape of access to care for obesity treatments
- Discuss the current efforts to improve access to care at the state and federal levels
- Identify opportunities to get involved in advocacy for the individual, health systems, and the legislature.
