We're excited to invite our membership to join us IN-PERSON for WNA's 2023 Membership Assembly and Annual Meeting at the DoubleTree by Hilton - Madison East. If you are unable to attend for the entire day, we have arranged both in-person and VIRTUAL joining options for the afternoon Annual Meeting only.
PLEASE NOTE! The afternoon WNA Annual Meeting will begin at 12:00 pm - NOT 12:15 as originally noted.
Our day will have two parts:
Part I. In-person WNA Dialogue Forum 8:15 am – 11:15 pm
The topic of the forum is Supporting Diversity, Inclusion and Equity within the Nursing Profession. We are securing a keynote to provide a report of the National Commission to Address Racism in Nursing. We are also assembling a panel from nursing associations in Wisconsin representing diverse nursing populations to provide a response to the Commission recommendations, and suggestions they may have for WNA as we develop our action plan.
Please see the 'Handouts/Resources' tab below for related documents

COVID Precautions: WNA requires ALL in-person attendees to monitor their symptoms and be up to date on COVID-19 vaccination. If you are symptomatic (fever, shortness of breath, cough, muscle or body aches, vomiting or diarrhea, new loss of taste or smell) it is best that you stay home. Due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, we strongly recommend masks be worn when indoors at the conference, and if transmission levels are high in Dane County at the time of the conference, we may require them to be worn indoors for all attendees.
All handouts and resources will be posted below for participants to access closer to the meeting. No printed copies will be provided on-site, so please download/print as you wish.
