WNA’s Bylaw Committee has submitted proposed changes to the current WNA Bylaws. These proposed changes will be voted on at the January 17, 2026 Annual Meeting. WNA’s Bylaw Committee is inviting you learn about the proposed changes and ask questions.

Proposed changes include:

  • Purpose of WNA
  • WNA Organizational Affiliates
  • WNA Code of Conduct
  • Duties of the Board of Directors
  • Coordinating Cabinet
  • Standing Committees of the Board of Directors
  • Composition of the Nominating Committee
  • Rapid Response Unit
