Legislation regarding Workplace Violence Against Nurses has been introduced in the state legislature. Senate Bill 163 has been assigned to the Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety and Assembly Bill 175 has been assigned to the Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety. This webinar will provide an overview of how to read the bill, discuss the content in the bill that describes the Workplace Violence Against Nurses legislation, prepare you on how Public Hearings work, and offer tips on communicating with the members of the Committees and your legislators.
